Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what data the Cognitive Test website (the "Service") collects and how it is used. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. What this test is

The Service is an original, self-assessment IQ-style test for practice and entertainment. Scores are estimates on the standard scale (mean 100, SD 15) and are not a clinically validated or normed measurement and not a medical diagnosis.

2. Data we collect

We do not ask for passwords. Sign-in is handled entirely by Google.

3. How we use it

Data is used only to run the test, show your result, and (if signed in) keep your personal results history. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising profiling.

4. Where it is stored

Saved account data is stored in Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore), operated by Google. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. If you do not sign in, your data never leaves your own device.

5. Cookies and local storage

The Service uses browser local storage to remember your language, theme, and results. Sign-in uses cookies set by Google to keep you logged in. We use Google Analytics (Firebase) to understand aggregate traffic — number of visits, language, and country — which may set analytics cookies; this data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally. No third-party advertising cookies are used at this time. If advertising is added in the future, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested where required.

6. Your choices

7. Children

The Service is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will remove it.

8. Contact

For privacy questions or data-deletion requests, contact: jollyking.0130@gmail.com.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
